Cancel Paid License

Describes the procedures and precautions when stopping the use of a paid plan and switching to a free license.

Important: Precautions at the time of cancellation
  • Immediate switching: When a paid license is canceled, it will immediately switch to a free license regardless of the remaining contract period. No refund of paid usage fees will be made.
  • Immediate restriction after cancellation (API stop): After cancellation, the restriction value of the free license (10 MAU) is applied immediately. If the current MAU record exceeds this, authentication by API will stop immediately.
  • Settlement of excess charges: If an excess of MAU has occurred at the time of cancellation, the cancellation procedure will be performed after settling the excess charges up to that point.

1. Things to confirm before the cancellation procedure

Please check the following points before performing the cancellation operation.

  • Restriction values of free license: Registered users and MAU must be within the allowable range of the free license.
  • Settlement amount: If there is an excess of MAU, an additional settlement will occur at the same time as cancellation.

2. Procedures for the cancellation procedure

Select “Billing Dashboard” from the account menu.

3. About the state and data after cancellation

  • License state: Immediately transitions to “Free license”.
  • Retention of payment information: Credit card information and purchase history are retained even after canceling the paid license. These are automatically deleted when you unsubscribe from the service.
    * Please note that you will not be able to check past receipts, etc. after unsubscribing.

4. When resuming a paid license

If you need a paid license again, you can repurchase at any time according to the procedures for initial purchase. At that time, it is possible to resume use while carrying over previous setting data, etc.
