Descriptions
Customer Information
- Edit Customer button
This button edits customer information. - Customer name
Customer’s name. - Customer address
Customer’s address. - Customer phone number
Customer’s phone number.
Representative Information
- Change Representative button
This button changes the representative. - Representative name
The name of the person (representative) in charge of the customer. - Representative email address
The email address of the representative.
License Information
- License Type
Indicates the type of your current license (plan). Free is set immediately after service registration.
For more information on each plan, please click here.- Free: There are some restrictions on the number of RPs and users that can be registered.
- Starter: This is a paid license for small companies.
- Business: This is a paid license for medium-sized companies.
- Enterprise: This is a paid license for large companies.
- Start date and time
Indicates the start date and time of the license. - End date and time
Indicates the end date and time of the license. For the Free plan, there is no limit on the end date and time.For free license
- Maximum number of registered RPs
The maximum number of RPs that can be registered. An error will occur if you try to register more than the maximum number. - Maximum number of registered users
The maximum number of users that can be registered. An error will occur if you try to register more than the maximum number.For paid licenses
- Maximum number of MAUs
The maximum number of MAUs (monthly active users) that can be used; if the maximum number of MAUs is exceeded, a fee will be charged for the excess.
The maximum number varies depending on the plan. - MAU usage count this month
The number of active users for this month.
How to count MAUs (monthly active users)
MAU (Monthly Active Users) refers to the total number of non-duplicate users (unique users) who used the service at least once during a month.
MAUs for this service are calculated based on the following rules.
Counting period
The period from the 1st to the last day of each month is covered.
Active operation definition
A user is defined as an “active user” if the user has performed (e.g., authenticated to our service) at least once during the period.
Unique count
Even if one user performs the above operation multiple times during the aggregation period, it will be counted as “1” as a MAU.。
MAU Information
Display the MAU usage status for each RP as a line graph. Past usage data can be viewed for 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
MAU Exceeded Alert

This button changes the warning settings when MAU exceeds the threshold. - Notification to representative when MAU alert occurs
Displays the setting to enable or disable email notifications to customer representatives when MAU exceeds the threshold. - MAU alert threshold
Displays the MAU threshold for email notifications.
Unsubscribe Procedure
Terminate the use of YubiOn FIDO2 Server Service and discard all registered information.
