Change Representative
This section describes the operation to change the representative.

The operator’s management type must be “privileged administrator” to perform this operation.
Note on change of representative
The administrator to be changed must be a “privileged administrator”.
If the administrator to be changed is not a “privileged administrator”, please change it to a “privileged administrator” in advance.
Operation Procedure
Select “Customer” from the menu.

Click on the “Change representative” button on the right side of the “Representative Information” title.

The Change Representative modal displays a list of administrators. Select the administrator you wish to change to the representative.
Only privileged administrators appear in the list.

Click “OK” in the confirmation message.

Click “OK” when the message appears that the update is complete.
